Co-Founder & CEO
Gerry HARVEY , co-founder and CEO , has a rare blend of engineering (B.Eng Tech (Mech)), business (MBA) and legal (BL, LLM (AI/IP/IT) experience. He has a highly developed specialist understanding of international high technology business. He has led multiple businesses, implemented positive change and driven change for the better. He has implemented radical business transformative technologies and organisation systems rebuilding. He has guided customers through the internet and ‘dot com’ transformation, eCommerce opportunity, web enabled business modelling, virtual team design, remote and virtual working, hybrid organisational design as well as customer self-provisioning demands.

Joe Black
CTO
has many years in product development and product marketing. A computer science graduate (MSc ) he has a highly methodical approach to managing all digital product design aspects – technical, commercial, legal and operational – to drive successful customer adoption. Strategic and tactical he has successfully brought many hi-tech products to life. He has spearheaded the creation development and refinement of new products with innovative thinking from concept to product launch.
